Generalidades:
- Responde a problemas escalados de manera oportuna y precisa, asegurándose de que se cumplan los Acuerdos de Nivel de Servicio. Posee buenos niveles de experiencia en los productos que se están soportando y puede estar al tanto de los productos de la competencia.
- Puede ser considerado un experto en áreas específicas.
- Puede investigar y resolver problemas de soporte de nivel superior según sea necesario con supervisión.
- Identifica deficiencias en los productos y documentación, y sugiere mejoras.
- Desarrolla buenas habilidades y niveles de experiencia en productos y soluciones soportados.
- Contribuye a la formación en el puesto de trabajo del personal junior.
Asuntos Internos:
- Administración de aplicaciones y mainframe.
- Seguimiento con los clientes para realizar correcciones y confirmar resoluciones.
- Documentación y administración del conocimiento.
- Gestión de tickets y colas de incidentes, problemas y cambios.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Requisitos:
- Título universitario en informática, ingeniería de sistemas, tecnología de la información o campos relacionados.
- Experiencia de 5 años gestionando entornos complejos y críticos.
- Experiencia con bases de datos relacionales (DB2, SQL Server).
- Conocimientos en gestión de bases de datos en entornos mainframe.
- Mantenimiento y administración de sistemas operativos y hardware diverso.
- Experiencia con Microsoft Systems Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) - Microsoft PowerShell - Microsoft Application Virtualization (App-V) - iVanti Application Control - Symantec Anti-Virus y Endpoint Management - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access y Visio) - Windows 10 y Windows 7 - Se requiere habilitación de seguridad.
- Cursos o formación complementaria en sistemas mainframe o administración de sistemas.
