Sales Coordinator

Responsabilidades:

Apoyo general al Sales Representative. Apoyo a los clientes nuevos y existentes de DSV. Prospección de clientes para DSV y para Sales Representative. Promoción de los servicios de DSV a prospectos y clientes. Cumplir con los reglamentos, normativas, políticas y procedimientos establecidos en DSV y en el área de ventas cumpliendo con la calidad en el trabajo, estableciendo un área de seguridad y salud laboral que permita salvaguardar el medio ambiente.

Actividades a realizar:

Llevar a cabo el seguimiento de prospectos y clientes mediante llamadas, correo electrónico, cartas de presentación, cotizaciones, con la finalidad de lograr la venta de nuestros servicios sin desplazarse fuera de la oficina. Conseguir citas calificadas con prospectos para los Sales Representative. Dar soporte atendiendo llamadas telefónicas cuando el Sales Representative este fuera de la oficina. Actualizar diariamente el reporte de cotizaciones, llamadas y clientes nuevos realizados y compartir dicha actualización al finalizar la semana con el Business Implementation. Actualizar semanalmente reporte de pricing leads del grupo de teams: Pricing leads en tiempo y forma.

Funciones de la posición:

Leer el Sales playbook de ventas para mejorar la calidad de sus llamadas, procesos y tareas dentro del área de ventas. Realizar como mínimo 10 llamadas de calidad al día a prospectos. Realizar como mínimo 5 llamadas al día a clientes existente perdidos para recuperación. Dar seguimiento a los clientes existentes de DSV buscando fidelizarlo al máximo. Enviar presentaciones, flyers, folletos, etc. a cuentas interesadas en nuestro servicio. Identificar clientes potenciales para el equipo de ventas DSV siguiendo el criterio del cliente ideal. Responder en tiempo y forma las solicitudes de los clientes para cumplir con nuestros estándares de calidad, seguridad social e higiene laboral que a su vez beneficie a nuestro medio ambiente y a los clientes en sí. Trabajar en equipo con Sales Representative, buscando alternativas e ideas para incrementar el rendimiento de ventas y la calidad de las mismas. Elaborar cotizaciones usando los formatos estandarizados en DSV México para clientes existentes de los Sales Representative Elaborar cotizaciones para prospectos o clientes spot propios del Sales Assistant. Atender las llamadas de prospectos que lleguen a la organización. Dar seguimiento en tiempo y forma a solicitudes de información y de cotización que llegan del sitio web de DSV. Apoyo con las altas de nuevos clientes en MyDSV. Apoyo general al departamento de ventas.

Formación Académica y Experiencia Laboral:

Licenciatura en Negocios Internacionales, Logística y Comercio, Relaciones Internacionales, o cualquier otra carrera a Fin. Experiencia mínima de un año en área de soporte a ventas o ventas.
