  • Participacion en equipos multifuncionales que funcione en mejorar los procesos de OFP en SM en la compra directa de material que soporte las lineas de producción.
  • Expeditación de un proveedor (domestico y foraneo).
  • Análisis y seguimiento de Delinq Report, Critical shortage report & MD06 Lights report; Asignación de no conformidades en AE para proveedores con mal desempeño.
  • Seguimiento de Aged ASN ́s.
  • Seguimiento de HPR ́s.
  • Escalaciones formales.
  • Proyecto de mejora continua.
