Descripción resumida del trabajo:

  • Dar seguimiento a los embarques diarios
    Responsabilidades:
  • Supervisar las actividades de planeación para tener material disponible para la producción
  • Supervisar el mantenimiento de parámetros en el sistema de compras (Oracle) para la correcta planeación de material
  • Coordinación con proveedores para la eliminación o reducción de barreras en la compra de materiales
  • Proporcionar la información necesaria del estado de materiales, proveedores, inventario a la gerencia para la toma de decisiones
  • Coordinación de actividades con logística para la expedición de materiales
  • Participar en el inventario de cobertura de producción (CTB) para apoyar el programa de producción
  • Participar en el proceso de las juntas de seguimiento diario (MDI) para la solución de problemas y expedición de material según los cambios requeridos
  • Participar en el proceso de solución de problemas mediante la elaboración del BPS, JDI, A3, con los departamentos relacionados, así como proveedores
- participación en el proceso de sustitución de material cuando el original no este disponible, mediante el proceso de desviación

  • Elaboración de BBS y Safety Concern

Calificaciones:

  • Profesionista
  • Mínimo de 2 años operaciones de compras, programación, administración de inventarios.
  • Manejo de personal.
  • Administrar varias actividades al mismo tiempo. Orientado al cliente. Organizado, analítico, trabajo bajo presión
  • Habilidad en sistemas de información, manejo de cómputo. Ingles conversacional.
  • Comunicación eficiente, solución de controversias
