Principales funciones:
- Responsable de generar la estrategia para las cuentas a su cargo (Oxxo, Casa Ley, Op de Ciudad Juarez, Futurama, Calimax, Super Gtz, Arteli, Merco, entre otras); generando relaciones de negocio exitosas de corto, mediano y largo plazo.
- Pilar importante para la negociación y ejecución de los planes comerciales de las distintas categorías, siempre buscando el logro de los objetivos (internos y del cliente).
- Liderar equipo de KAMs para el logro de KPIs:
- Gross Sales
- Net Sales
- Trade Spending
- Market Share
- Cumplimiento de JPBs con las diferentes cadenas.
Perfil:
- Ejecutivo con al menos 7 años de experiência manejando cadenas a nível KAM y/o Team Leader.
- Orientado a Resultados (Manejo de indicadores Sell In, Sell Out, DOH, In Stock, Fill Rate, SOM).
- Analítico con enfoque a rentabilidad.
- Proactivo.
- Capacidad de influencia en equipos multifuncionales: Customer Marketing, Campo, Finanzas.
- Experiência planeando y ejecutando revisiones T2T con las diferentes cadenas.
- Ingles Avanzado.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Título Universitario.
