In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.

Who you are

You already possess a strong program management background and have well-rounded technical skills in system design using current web technologies. We need a hands-on "do-er", which means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level critical initiatives, but you can also roll up your sleeves, dig in, and get the job done. You are highly analytical, deeply detail oriented, and lead with maturity and emotional intelligence. You are Customer focused and have great attention to detail.

Dive deep on technical solutions across teams, helping ask the right questions for technical design, planning, and delivery approach for projects. Develop and ensure the team is following appropriate planning, testing and execution processes and procedures. Provide high quality customer service and communicate project status to stakeholders regularly. Proactively identify, manage and mitigate project risks and find ways to accomplish project goals in the context of dynamic business/technical environments. Partner and coordinate with cross-functional Zillow Group teams to ensure our managed applications and processes are a success.

Required experience:

7 to 10 years of experience working with custom built and SaaS development products, of that at least 5 to 7 years working with financial applications Leading medium to large scale projects across five or more cross-functional teams in mid-size or large companies to successful and timely completion Working with Product, Engineering, and other functions to craft sophisticated software systems in an Agile environment Outstanding customer service and consulting skills, including the ability to translate between subject matter areas, discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, and recommend pragmatic solutions that balance business needs and technical constraints Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to mix skills in project management, technology, and business processes Ability to translate business and technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences Defining program-level roadmaps that prioritize and align the needs of multiple partners

Strongly preferred experience:

Integrating first-party software with third-party applications (e.g. billing engines like Zuora or financial application like Workday with third party applications such as payment processors like Stripe or Chase Payment Solutions, CRMs like Salesforce) Conversational proficiency with common finance concepts like revenue recognition, credit card declines and dunning, and sales tax Has worked on systems that are subject to strict security and compliance requirements (e.g. SOX, PCI)
