Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive consumption planning process to ensure accurate forecasting and cost control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and improve financial processes.
- Own and enhance tools and methodologies for consumption planning, tracking, and distribution.
- Foster a culture of cost optimization and drive initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Act as a change agent to enhance digital capabilities in our finance area.
- Improve business partnering capabilities through improved and more efficient processes, tools, and modern data analytics.
- Develop and maintain financial documentation, including preparation of financial presentations for reporting.
- Interface with accounting and tax professionals to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Minimum 8 years of overall business experience, with a minimum of 5 years in financial planning and analysis roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in financial planning and analysis tools a plus.
- Experience working in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting a plus.
