  • Controlar todo el ciclo de vida del cliente, desde que acepta nuestra propuesta comercial, hasta que sale en vivo y mientras dure su relación comercial con nuestra compañía.

  • Asegurarnos de que nuestros clientes aprovechen al máximo nuestro producto y satisfagan sus necesidades comerciales.

  • Escuchar y comprender los requisitos actuales y futuros de nuestros clientes y trabajar con nuestro equipo de gestión de productos para ayudar a priorizarlos en la hoja de ruta del producto Inswitch.
  • Comprometerse con patrocinadores ejecutivos, partes interesadas y con todo el ecosistema del cliente.
  • Identificar nuevos proyectos relevantes y oportunidades de crecimiento. Dar a conocer al clientes otros servicios y acciones. Es su función ofrecer nuevas alternativas para las necesidades de los clientes.
