Como analista de atención al cliente colaborarás con varios equipos de servicio para encontrar, de forma estratégica, las mejores soluciones a los problemas de nuestros clientes actuales y potenciales, así como de nuestros compañeros.


Al llegar una solicitud de un cliente a través de nuestro sistema de tickets, el chat en vivo y las llamadas telefónicas, tendrás que entender el problema de forma funcional e investigarlo, siempre contando con el apoyo de tu equipo.

En caso de ser necesario, escalarás la situación a los departamentos correspondientes dependiendo del tipo de solicitud, por lo que mantendrás una relación abierta y constante con otras áreas.


Responsabilidades:

  • Ayudar a los clientes en el uso de Odoo Business Apps.
  • Resolver problemas funcionales.
  • Interactuar con nuestros visitantes y clientes potenciales (Livechat).
  • Asegurar la satisfacción de los clientes.
  • Mejorar la experiência de los clientes.
  • Contribuir a la mejora de nuestro producto y toda la documentación.
  • Proyectos paralelos (reclutar e incorporar nuevos compañeros, dar formación, entre otros).

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura enfocada a administración, negocios o ciencia, tecnología, ingeniería y matemáticas.
  • Nível de inglés: avanzado (Indispensable)
  • Pensamiento creativo y capacidad para resolver problemas de manera estratégica.
  • Habilidad para comunicar conceptos técnicos de forma clara y eficaz, tanto por escrito como verbalmente.

  • 13 años de experiência profesional
  • Experiência profesional en un ERP.
  • Experiência/conocimiento de aplicaciones basadas en SaaS/Nube
