ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Support Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with Field Sales Operations Manager to support the frontline sales team with effective communications, reporting, processes, and systems.
- Collaborating with IT to test and launch new systems to drive operating efficiency and effectiveness.
- Managing the administration of NewsPage system, a critical field sales tool.
- Ensuring the field team has all relevant information and guidance through Playbooks.
- Loading and managing merchandising functions such as DCC, Promo Checks, etc.
- Implementing system enhancements and trialing new back-office systems to improve operating efficiency.
- Troubleshooting day-to-day Level 1 system and field issues, acting as the first point of contact for the field sales team.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Support Analyst with:
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Digital acumen, with up-to-date knowledge of the latest data and technology trends and solutions.
- Strong Business Analyst background, leveraging data and technology to solve complex business scenarios.
- Great presentation skills, comfortable with large sets of data and reporting tools.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
