Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Junior Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll provide critical support to our PMF/AFH Sales Team, ensuring seamless order entries, new customer onboarding, business reviews, contract uploads, and paybills requests. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams will be essential in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Update customer account information, including new store openings, changes, and closings
- Support foodservice orders, including receiving orders, confirming details, and documenting on internal systems
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely delivery and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Level Agreements (OLAs)
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and SLAs related to E2E initiatives and post-mortems
- Run reporting tracks for AFH customers
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- No prior professional experience required, but advanced skills in communication and Excel are essential
- Intermediate English oral and written communication skills
