IT BUSINESS SOLUTION LEADER

Descripción del puesto:

Buscamos un profesional altamente motivado para unirse a nuestro equipo como Líder de Soluciones del Negocio.

Esta posición será responsable de coordinar proyectos de digitalización en diversas áreas del negocio, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de IT del grupo.


Responsabilidades principales:

  • Coordinar proyectos de digitalización en paralelo orientados a diferentes áreas del negocio, asegurando el cumplimiento de la estrategia establecida.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de IT del grupo, incluyendo el Director SAP, Gerente BI, Gerente de Infraestructura y IT Solution Manager, para garantizar la implementación exitosa de proyectos.
  • Gestionar y asegurar los recursos necesarios para los proyectos, incluyendo equipos internos y externos, interacciones y dependencias funcionales y técnicas.
  • Mantener una comunicación oportuna y transparente con la gerencia, equipos de proyecto y clientes internos sobre aspectos clave de IT.
  • Garantizar el soporte y mantenimiento de las aplicaciones del negocio tanto a nível local como global bajo su responsabilidad.
  • Desarrollar y presentar informes y reportes de seguimiento a proyectos, incluyendo indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs).

Requisitos:

  • Experiência mínima de 5 años en gestión de proyectos en soluciones de IT, con manejo de varios proyectos en paralelo.
  • Enfoque pragmático en la gestión de proyectos y capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas y prioridades simultáneamente.
  • Conocimiento avanzado en el uso de SAP, incluyendo diferentes módulos.
  • Experiência en el uso de herramientas y metodologías de gestión de proyectos, como PM y Agile.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de manera efectiva en equipo y colaborar con diferentes áreas y níveles de la organización.
  • Orientación al cliente y enfoque en la mejora continua.
