Responsibilities

Enterprise Service Management Business Project Manager

Main Purpose


Enterprise Service management (ESM) organization has been established to provide efficient and effective service delivery to PepsiCo businesses globally, for all sectors, with great user experience.

To enable this purpose, ESM is implementing multiple technology platforms, including ServiceNow, as a service delivery platform across multiple business functions.


The Enterprise Service Management Business Project Manager is responsible for managing requirements related to various ESM and GBS Ecosystem solutions.

The role drives the project portfolio, ensuring timely planning, Demand Management, Assessment, Design, Development and Hypercare of ongoing and future ESM projects.

This role also supports gathering the requirements for service management across all GBS Ecosystem capabilities, partnering with ESM and IT teams to deliver the requirements for the Supply Chain function.

The role will work with the ESM COE and Delivery teams to manage the ongoing continuous improvement of the service management process and solutions.


Accountabilities

  • Lead the ESM project portfolio for the GBS Supply Chain function, ensuring timely planning, design, development and implementation across Hubs and Sectors.
  • Partner with ESM Global COE, IT and Enabling Functions like Change Management to ensure alignment and resource enablement for entire Project Portfolio.
  • Enable and unlock barriers across Hubs and Functions relating to business buyin for Ticketing solutions, ensuring Global End to End process are encouraged.
  • Prioritize all requirements for implementation of service management solution(s) across Supply Chain in GBS
  • Drive the evaluation, design, development, testing and implementation of enterprise service management solution and provide input into the unified employee experience design; specifically manage the development of a user friendly, intuitive solution.
  • Monitor ongoing backlog of requirements & enhancements across multiple functions and capabilities to ensure alignment with ESM program priorities
  • Work with Process Excellence and function teams to ensure consistency in build out of performance management framework within selected service management solution to drive continual service improvement with capability/service owners
  • Collaborate with ESM Product Owners, Ecosystem, and vendor partners to ensure consistency in processes, metrics, and continuous improvement of service management solution(s)
  • Collaborate across GBS capabilities and GBS hubs to ensure twoway communication between function and Ecosystem/ESM team (feedback, requirements, operational needs as related to process improvement)
  • Support ESM Core Team and GBS Function Teams in planning future roadmap/strategy for Supply Chain Funciton

Qualifications

  • 25 years of experience in Project Management or related roles (ie: Agile, reporting & analytics, service management)
  • Exceptional communication skills. Proficiency in English language.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with multifunctional and multicultural teams
  • Broad understanding of the current and emerging service management trends and developments
  • Experience with ServiceNow (work day or other global service management tools) Implementation and SAFe Agile Operating Model preferred
  • Experience in Service Management organizations including support for: design, configuration, development and implementation of SM solutions/systems
