We're looking for a Senior Account Executive to help us develop and close new business with small-large sized companies in a variety of exciting industries.

You will work in a fast paced sales environment selling Hootsuite and our partner ecosystem solutions to prospective customers.

You will leverage your sales skills and experience to inform our customers of the benefits and value of Hootsuite solutions and manage the end to end sales process.

You will also manage the sales process, helping our customers choose Hootsuite as their Social Media Management partner.

While working in a hybrid work arrangement, a blend of virtual (in accordance with Hootsuite's distributed workforce strategy), and in Hootsuite's Mexico City office, you will report to Director, Sales - LATAM.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Successfully acquire new Hootsuite customers in order to achieve individual quota targets, both with leads that come in through the demand gen channel, and through outbound efforts into whitespace accounts to create new customer interest
  • Prepare, organize, structure your sales processes from value creation to negotiation and closing
  • Consult with businesses to understand the product fit and recommend / sell Hootsuite solutions that align with their unique needs and overall goals on social
  • Develop rapport with customers by proactively providing insightful market information and solutions to customers that showcase maximum benefits from Hootsuite products
  • Proactively seek out market information in order to effectively develop rapport with customers.
  • Provide day to day support to team members on challenges or issues
  • Perform other related duties as required.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Fully fluent in English (both verbally and in writing)
  • Considerable relevant years of B2B fullcycle sales experience in software/SaaS industry
  • Ability to focus on client business value, return on investment, and customer solutions (not featuresfocused selling)
  • Experience crafting sales strategies for your vertical/territory and building/executing on your account plans/territory plans
  • Open Communication: clearly conveys thoughts, both written and verbally, listening attentively and asking questions for clarification and understanding

TUS RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Adquirir nuevos clientes de Hootsuite para alcanzar los objetivos de cuota individuales, tanto con clientes potenciales que lleguen a través del canal de generación de demanda como mediante esfuerzos de marketing saliente con cuentas que ofrezcan oportunidades con potencial.
  • Preparar, organizar y estructurar tus procesos de venta, desde la creación de valor hasta la negociación y el cierre.
  • Consultar con las empresas para comprender el ajuste del producto y recomendar/vender soluciones de Hootsuite que se alineen con sus necesidades únicas y objetivos generales en las redes sociales.
  • Aprovechar el apoyo de los expertos internos en la materia para ofrecer valor al cliente desde la etapa de prospección hasta la de finalización de la venta.
