El grupo de Mechatronics, Mirrors y Lighting se especializa en tecnologías automotrices que están impulsando el futuro de la movilidad.

Al combinar un profundo conocimiento de sistemas para desarrollar experiências únicas de acceso a vehículos, sistemas de visión inteligente y tecnologías avanzadas de iluminación automotriz, la experiência de Mechatronics, Mirrors y Lighting (MML) ilumina el camino hacia la innovación, la seguridad y el estilo.


Acerca del puesto:


Gestionar los cambios de ingeniería y coordinar los pilotajes y construcción de prototipos como parte del proceso de nuevos lanzamientos.


Sus responsabilidades:

  • Crear y administrar los BOM (Bill of materials) para los diferentes programas activos, asegurando la integridad de la información y la concordancia con los dibujos de ingeniería.
  • Llevar a cabo auditorías a los BOM para asegurar que le información sea consistente con lo establecido en el sistema BAAN y en los dibujos de ingeniería.
  • Gestionar los cambios de ingeniería a través del sistema ChangeX emitiendo solicitudes de cambios (change requests
  • CR) y coordinar con las diferentes áreas funcionales de la División la factibilidad de dicho cambio.
  • Generar y comunicar los cambios de ingeniería aprobados y asegurar su correcta implementación en el sistema BAAN.
  • Asegurar el control de la documentación generada por cambios de ingeniería para dar cumplimiento con lo establecido en el sistema de gestión de calidad.
  • Coordinar la fabricación de muestras y prototipos como parte de las diferentes fases de validación de nuevos lanzamientos de programas.
  • Establecer comunicación directa con el cliente para asegurar el completo entendimiento de sus requerimientos.
  • Crear listados de materiales en el Sistema Internacional de Información de Materiales (IMDS) para dar cumplimiento a la regulación y estándares internacionales en materia ambiental, y para obtener la aprobación del PPAP de cliente.

A quién buscamos:

  • Carrera profesional concluida en ingeniería mecánica, mecatrónica o afín al puesto.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiência en puestos similares en la industria automotriz.
  • Inglés Conversacional

Sus cualificaciones de preferencia:

  • Habilidad para la interpretación de dibujos de ingeniería.
  • Manejo intermedio de AutoCAD
  • Trabajo en equipo
  • Comunicación efectiva.
