Sr. Payroll Specialist
- Prepare and process biweekly payroll of 100+ employees.
- Management of Time & Attendance system Pandapé (HolmesHR)
- Add users, new hires, and leavers, record and detail employee incidents (i.e. permits, work incapacity, unjustified absences, sick days, delays, etc.)
- Calculate Monthly Office Support
- Registration of new hires into CURP, RFC, NSS
- Fill out Activ8 report (incidents, commissions, home office support, modifications of salary and positions, new hires, leavers, etc.).
- Upload biweekly report (payroll).
- Support Activ8 with information or reports (incapacities, FONACOT, employee withholding notices, etc.)
- Support employees with questions related to payroll (incidents, discounts, payroll slips, confidential support, etc.).
- Support HR and Finance with Payroll/HR reports (Incapacities, Commissions, Loans, Leavers, Salary changes, etc.), Payroll implementation, and other Payroll/HR projects as needed.
- Support with replenishing office supplies.
- Support Supervisors with questions related to payroll, monthly department reports, and information on MX Payroll laws.
Requirements:
Payroll Experience: 5+ years
- Must speak/write English (75%)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
Hybrid work schedule 2-3 days in the office and/or as needed. *Must have good internet service at home.
Especialista de Nóminas
- Preparar y procesar nomina bisemanal para 100+ empleados.
- Manejar el sistema Pandapé de Tiempo y Asistencia (Holmes HR)
- Añadir usuarios, nuevos empleados y bajas, registrar y detallar las incidencias de losempleados (ej. permisos, incapacidad laboral, ausencias no justificadas, días de enfermedad, retrasos, etc.)
- Calcular el soporte de Oficina Mensual.
- Registrar nuevas contrataciones en CURP,RFC y NSS
- Llenar informes de Activ8 (incidencias, comisiones, soporte de oficina en casa, modificaciones de salario o posiciones, nuevas contrataciones, bajas, etc.) Subir reporte nómina bisemanal
- Dar apoyo a Activ8 con información o reportes (incapacidad, FONACOT, avisos de retención de empleados, etc.)
- Dar apoyo a empleados relacionado a la nómina (incidentes, descuentos, recibos de nómina, soporte confidencial, etc.) Dar apoyo a Recursos Humanos y Finanza con reportes de Nómina/Recursos Humanos (incapacidades, comisiones, prestamos, bajas, cambio de salarios, etc.) Implementación de Nómina y otros proyectos de Nómina/Recursos Humanos según sea necesario.
- Dar apoyo con la resposición de suministros de la oficina
- Apoyar a supervisores con preguntas relacionadas a nómina, reportes mensuales por departamento, información relacionada con las leyes de nómina en Mexico.
- Apoyo a Recursos Humanos en Estados Unidos
- Contacto y seguimiento con proveedores.
- Experiência en Nómina 5+ años
- Debe saber hablar y escribir ingles
- Conocimiento de Microsoft Excel
Horario de Trabajo:
Lunes a Viernes 8:00 am a 5:30 pm (with 1 hour lunch)
Modalidad:
híbrido 2-3 días en oficina y/o según sea necesario. Se debe contar con un buen servicio de Internet en casa
