Employment Type:Regular- Grundfos is seeking an experienced CSSC Front Line Representative to join its CSSC Industry LATAM team.

The CSSC Front Line Representative will contribute to a thriving sales team whilst delivering world class customer services through various Customer channels i.e.

telephone, E-mail, live chat, instant messaging etc._

What is the job about?

Your main responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain manual and electronic orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve missing information for orders at the time of entry, or liaise with stakeholders to do so.
  • Handle customer order changes and assist with supply chain issues while providing uptodate order and delivery statuses

Your background

We imagine that you have:

  • Vocational certificate, Associate's or bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. Additionally, have a minimum of 1 year of previous experience within Customer Services.
  • Relevant administrative experience, organizational skills & accountability with the Customer
  • Good communication and networking skills together with the ability to build positive and trusting relationships with both Internal and External Stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English language (test required)
