5+ years full-cycle recruiting experience.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and other recruitment software.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating enthusiasm and adaptability.
Ability to manage a variety of roles with a workload of up to 25+ requisitions at a time.
