Are you ready to change the game? NIKE, Inc. is in search of a Lead Product to drive the strategic product planning at our new store, Unite Cancún.
Responsibilities include:- Overseeing sales floor strategy for Women's & Kids
- Organizing weekly sales floor execution tasks
- Communicating product needs
- Coordinating promotion execution
- Managing stock audits
- Reviewing store layout and proposing changes as needed
- Fostering employee engagement with the brand
- Executing consumer engagement strategies
Additionally, this role involves talent mapping, team development, and enhancing customer service programs to ensure long-term customer loyalty at Nike.
The Lead Product will collaborate with athletes and Visuals team members working cross-functionally with operations, Training Captains, and merchandising, reporting directly to the Coach Product.
Requirements:- 3+ years experience as a sub-manager in retail
- Market knowledge of Women's & Kids
- Ability to build, lead, manage, and train high-performance teams
- Conflict resolution, coaching, and advising skills
- Market analysis capabilities
- Product strategy development
- Strong leadership and results-driven mindset
