We are seeking an experienced Operational Services Director to lead and develop our 5 main back-office Hubs: Product, Service, Operations, Excursions, and Quality Hub.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the back-office Hubs to ensure efficient operations, product loading, and information management.
  • Manage and integrate operations to optimize efficiency, improve processes, and automate tasks.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English language skills (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a regional operational leadership role.
  • Certifications in continuous improvement, Lean, or similar.
  • Experience in the tourism industry, DMC experience a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions in dynamic environments.
