Responsable de generar y dirigir la Propuesta Comercial del negocio de Belleza para México, alcanzando las metas de ventas, ticket promedio y rentabilidad, a través de la realización de análisis y evaluación del mercado, precio y promoción, garantizando estrategias comerciales que nos ayuden a consolidar el crecimiento y éxito de cada campaña, buscando penetración de mercado
Key responsibilities:
Generación de la propuesta comercial de mercados y categoría. Análisis de información (Tendencias, Variables Micro y Macroeconómicas). Realización de reportes e indicadores a nivel campaña y categoría. Generación de Presentaciones (Decks preestablecidos). Armado de estrategias de Segmentación. Conocimiento de los KPIS básicos de Administración (Unidades, Venta, Margen, Neto por Unidad, ticket promedio). Conocimientos en Excel (Tablas Dinámicas, Fórmulas básicas, etc) Profesional de Administración de Empresas, Marketing, o afines. Idioma Ingles Avanzado. Manejo de herramientas Office: Excel avanzado Contar con experiencia preferentemente en Planeamiento Comercial, Trade Marketing o Administración. We'd love you to have:
