- Identificación de necesidades de talento
- Conocer a los talentos y personas clave de forma regular
- Garantizar el funcionamiento completo del proceso de gestión del rendimiento (ASR, Talent Review, Performance, Calibración del desempeño, Heat Mapping, Planes de sucesión, etc)
- Actuar como SPOC para los empleados sobre temas relacionados con RRHH
- Soporte, desafío y coach Line Managers con dinámicas de equipo y/o temas de negocio
- Planificar y anticipar las necesidades organizativas
- Identificación y apoyo en construcción de DNC de las áreas
- Supervisión de impactos de recursos humanos y contribuciones a P&L (FTE, OVH/NS, etc.)
