Job Summary

We are seeking an HRBP Trainee to provide HR tools to leaders that support employee experience through KPIs and follow-up for better decisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding follow-up, supporting offboarding processes, generating KPIs, and administrative activities for temporary compensations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding follow-up, including PMP, job description, and onboarding grid
  • Support offboarding process, including resignation letter, checklist, and technician exit interview
  • Generate KPIs and follow-up on PMP, job description, onboarding grid, turnover, absenteeism, and low performance
  • Administrative activities for temporary compensations
  • Disciplinary policy follow-up
Requirements
  • Database management skills
  • Support for Continuous Improvement when needed
  • Faster development on programming apps and improvements
  • Last semester students in Psychology, Business administration, or related
  • Fluent in Spanish written and verbal
  • English written and verbal (Min: 80%)
  • Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
