Buscamos a una persona excepcional para que se una a nuestro equipo como Responsable de Limpieza.

Se trata de una persona muy trabajadora que encarnará nuestros valores a la vez que mantiene la máxima limpieza de nuestros hogares.

Esta persona dirigirá un equipo de amas de llaves y trabajará en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de gestión local.


Compensación
- $ $16500 / mensuales MEX
- $100 asignación mensual para coche

Qué va a hacer

  • Supervisar las operaciones de limpieza en Puerto Vallarta, México, creando un ambiente acogedor para nuestros huéspedes y propietarios, asegurando que las casas estén limpias y cuidadas.
  • Cumplir y mantener los estándares y métricas de Vacasa tales como NPS, apariencia estándar de la unidad y eficiencia.
  • Contratar, retener y dirigir un equipo de amas de llaves eficientes y de alta calidad, asegurando que todos estén capacitados, sean efectivos y se adhieran a las políticas y procedimientos de Vacasa.
  • Gestionar un presupuesto para su cartera respetando los costes anuales establecidos, con la capacidad de realizar un análisis costebeneficio.
  • Apoyar a su equipo con las preocupaciones de los huéspedes y propietarios respondiendo a correos electrónicos, llamadas y tickets.
  • Asistir a su Representante de Desarrollo de Negocio cuando se incorporen nuevas unidades a la cartera.
  • Realizar inspecciones periódicas antes de la llegada de huéspedes y propietarios
  • Establecer y mantener relaciones abiertas y de colaboración con otros miembros del equipo regional y con el equipo directivo superior.
  • Proporcionar cobertura cruzada para su gerente y Co-Gerente (s) cuando sea necesario
  • Limpiar las unidades de alquiler vacacional cuando sea necesario

Requisitos

  • Se requieren conocimientos técnicos de informática en todo tipo de hardware: ordenadores portátiles, tabletas y dispositivos móviles.
  • Experiência en la gestión de un equipo de empleados
  • Conocimiento de las leyes laborales municipales, estatales y federales
  • Profesional en todas las formas de comunicación, como correo electrónico, llamadas telefónicas, videollamadas y mensajes de texto
  • Capacidad para trabajar bien bajo presión en un entorno ágil y de ritmo rápido
  • Excelentes habilidades de gestión del tiempo con la capacidad de cambiar de actividad con frecuencia y hacer frente a las interrupciones
  • Gran capacidad de respuesta y fiabilidad
  • Gran atención al detalle
  • Se valorará la experiência previa en limpieza
  • Cumplir todas las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa
