  • Seamlessly work with the IT matchedpair product teams to specify needed tool functionalities, elaborate & prioritize the backlog, and work within the Agile framework for deliveries
  • Partner with Quality Office & Design Assurance teams to develop digital tool solutions for administration, execution, and measurement of FMA processes
  • Coordinate efforts between Product Development, Quality, and Manufacturing to provide a robust and consistent tool
  • Develop tool training documentation and other learning materials in support of deployment to Product Development functional teams. Lead training where required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS in Engineering required
  • 3+ years of experience with SAE J1739 FMA disciplines, processes, and digital tools
  • Expertlevel experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM / Active Workspace
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work within cross functional teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or comparable Engineering discipline
  • Experience with Ford FMA Handbook and all required deliverables aligned with Ford Global Product Development System (GPDS) such as D/PFMEA's, Boundary & Pdiagrams, SCCAF, Robustness Checklists, and Change Point Analysis
  • Working experience with Agile & SAFe methodologies and Rally backlog maintenance
  • Global working experience with partners in Europe, China, South America, and/or Australia
  • Strong working knowledge Systems Engineering principles, processes, and artifacts
