El Analista de Mantenimiento de Crédito es un puesto de nivel intermedio a cargo de captar y registrar datos sobre la exposición de crédito, deudores y establecimientos en sistemas de crédito pertinentes en coordinación con el equipo de Operaciones

El objetivo general de esta función es coordinar y mantener la calidad de los datos en sistemas de crédito, controlar e informar la exposición de crédito, redirigir las deficiencias y recomendar estrategias de atraso en cumplimiento de las políticas de crédito generales.

Responsabilidades:

Revisar solicitudes de crédito entrantes para verificar integridad y precisión, y convertir en facilidades de crédito concisas y bien registradas.

Preparar Aprobaciones de crédito (Credit Approvals, CA), controlar su progreso durante el proceso de aprobación y garantizar que las aprobaciones se reciban en cumplimiento de la política/se registren correctamente en la base de datos.

Mantener registros de seguro correctos y controles para garantizar el oportuno seguimiento y las renovaciones de seguro necesarias por equipos y responsabilidad de equipos.

Controlar la exposición al final del día y los límites, y redirigir excepciones detectadas según la política y obtener facilidades para tratar las excepciones recurrentes.

Preparar la información de cartera y la información de crédito relacionada para auditores internos y externos y también contribuir a lograr calificaciones de auditoría aceptables.

Interpretar datos, realizar recomendaciones, identificar brechas en la política y ayudar a formular políticas.

Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia Calificaciones:
Entre 1 y 3 años de experiencia relevante. Experiencia en similar puesto o área. Conocimiento de trabajo de las prácticas y normas de la industria. Dominio de habilidades informáticas con foco en Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office y Windows.

Educación:
Título universitario/de licenciatura o experiencia equivalente. La descripción de este puesto proporciona una revisión de alto nivel de los tipos de trabajos realizados. Se pueden asignar otras obligaciones laborales según sea necesario. Conocimientos mínimos en contabilidad y manejo de estados financieros y declaraciones de impuestos. Manejo de análisis financiero básico y razones financieras.

Evaluación de crédito PyME aplicando criterios para identificar los riesgos de la empresa solicitante, revisión y análisis de Excepciones para aprobación del área de Riesgo.

Manejo de trabajo bajo presión y entrega de resultados en los tiempos convenidos. Gestión de casos escalados al buzón de excepciones, atención de los mismos y dar propuestas para solucionar los casos. Atención a Foros PyME con los frentes divisionales y Riesgo para brindar atención a casos especiales.
