Actualmente nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Helpdesk Support Executive con dominio del danés conversacional y escrito.
Debes residir en Latam y tener disponibilidad para trabajar en el horario de Europa Occidental, de 9 am a 5 pm, hora local de Dinamarca y 2-3 años de experiencia en Helpdesk.
Responsabilidades incluyen, pero no se limitan a:
Brindar soporte completo al usuario, incluyendo pero no limitado a tickets de mesa de servicio, correos electrónicos, mensajes directos y llamadas a la línea directa de TI durante las rotaciones asignadas de guardia de 24 horas.
Triaje y evaluación de todas las solicitudes/problemas entrantes de cualquier método de comunicación del usuario (mesa de servicio, correo electrónico, llamadas a la línea directa, mensajes directos, etc.) y escalarlas al soporte de nivel superior cuando sea necesario.
Liderar la gestión del inventario de equipos de TI.
Asistir en la gestión de la relación con los proveedores de adquisiciones/provisión y los procesos relacionados en apoyo de las actividades de incorporación y desvinculación de usuarios.
Crear de forma independiente documentación de capacitación tanto interna como externa y proporcionar capacitación a los usuarios cuando sea necesario.
Colaborar con los Administradores de Sistemas de TI en proyectos/tareas relacionadas con TI, que pueden incluir pero no se limitan a: implementaciones de nuevos sistemas, mantenimiento de sistemas, auditorías/análisis de rutina y otras tareas relacionadas con TI.
Coordinar con el equipo de seguridad para la seguridad física y el control de acceso de la oficina.
Utilizar experiencia y conocimientos para investigar y evaluar tecnologías emergentes, hardware y software.
Transmitir con precisión la información/requisitos necesarios para cada proyecto/tarea.
CALIFICACIONES Y HABILIDADES/COMPETENCIAS
Calificaciones
Las siguientes calificaciones son preferidas y/o experiencia aplicable equivalente:
Título universitario en un campo tecnológico relacionado.
Sólidos conocimientos técnicos de dispositivos móviles (Macs, iPhones, iPads, Android, etc.).
Comprensión de Google Apps; redes IP y equipos; tecnologías Wi-Fi; e impresoras.
Conocimiento de SSO (Okta).
Comprensión de medidas de control de acceso y seguridad física.
Experiencia previa en soporte y capacitación de usuarios.
Habilidades/Competencias
Capacidad demostrada para colaborar con personas y gestionar proyectos/tareas con éxito.
Capacidad demostrada para cumplir con los plazos de entrega y flexibilidad para completar el trabajo.
Experiencia en gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente y cumplir con las expectativas.
Capacidades
Capacidad para comunicarse en danés (tanto verbal como escrito).
Capacidad para enviar/embalar/desempaquetar equipos y suministros (hasta 50 lbs).
