This position leads the Strategic Consulting Team, thriving to provide valuable and tangible solutions to our Strategic Clients being their partner & advisor in their decision making process for their fleets.
Duties
- Lead + manage large cross-functional strategic projects such as new analytics dashboards developments, analysis for developing new projects or processes, etc that help contribute to the value proposition of Strategic Consulting partnering with Director/VP level across the organization.
- Partnering with leaders across the organization for opportunities to improve the SCS experience both internally and externally.
- Serve as a leader to develop the consulting team, to standardize the value added for the clients, implementing specific trainings for identify opportunity areas in the team and keep being a high potential team.
- Collaborate with Element team (outside of SCS) members to define growth strategies and provide required analytic support.
- Manage the full strategic client's portfolio by organizing and defining priorities, balanced portfolios and analyze capacity model.
Qualifications
- Education and Experience
- Business Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, economics) and/or MBA or technical master's degree. Advanced degree strongly desired;
- Desirable previous management roles.
- Typically, 8+ years' experience within the department or relevant equivalent experience.
- The individual must have experience doing new business (defined as SCS new business (not direct sales))
- The individual needs to be demonstrating leadership qualities.
- The individual needs to have a desire for a leadership role (at a director level)
- Knowledge and Competencies
- Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills with a consultative approach;
- Ability to design and deliver presentations to clients, interact with clients in person and over the phone, including the ability to interact with "C-Level" audience in a client or prospect organization;
- Strong math skills and an analytical approach to problem solving;
- Experience with and ability to interpret of financial models
- Microsoft Excel proficiency;
- Thoroughness, persistence and a desire to get to the root-cause of problems;
