Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability in Hispanic America.

  • Oversee daily business operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure business success.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including market research, competitor analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex business environments.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, partners, and colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in industrial automation, sales, and business development, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of Japanese culture and business practices, with the ability to navigate complex cultural dynamics.
