About the Role

Sagan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Operations Director to join our team. As a key strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, this role will be responsible for ensuring alignment across the organization and driving essential initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the CEO to define and implement the company's strategic objectives. Track progress on key initiatives to ensure alignment with broader business goals.

  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience using software and AI tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Experience managing vendors and offshore talent.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to build strong relationships.

  • Hyper-organized, proactive, and an over-communicator.
  • Willingness to work US hours and manage teams across multiple time zones.
  • Quick learner, especially with new tools like AI and software.
