Responsabilidades:

Organizar y gestionar el flujo de trabajo de fabricación del proceso.
Creación, revisión y modificación de Instrucciones de Trabajo.
Desarrollar y configurar el proceso de fabricación de vehículos desde la puesta en marcha.
Contribuir con los objetivos de certificación de la organización.
Diseñar, ejecutar, probar y optimizar los procesos industriales para lograr estrategias de reducción de costos.
Desarrollar las mejores prácticas de fabricación para mejorar las tasas de producción.
Analizar e interpretar los datos para lograr mejoras en la producción.
Interpretar diseños y bocetos de productos para diseñar el proceso de fabricación de acuerdo con los cambios de ingeniería.
Asegurarse de que el producto final del proceso cumpla con las especificaciones de calidad y las normas de seguridad.

Utilizar metodologías de resolución de problemas para optimizar la eficiencia y mejorar la calidad (8ds, Ishikawa, PDCA, Kaizen, etc.) para cumplir con los estándares.

Resolver problemas y retrasos en las tasas de producción, equilibrio de línea y reducción de cuellos de botella.
Atacar el reprocesamiento de materiales para reducir incidencias.
Análisis de Procesos de Capacidad Vs PRESUPUESTO.Envío de lista de materiales.
Desarrollar la hoja de costos VAVE's.
