About our client
Our client is an investment management company focused on lodging real estate investments in Mexico with properties in the broader Caribbean region.
The company is sponsored by a private equity manager committed to building best-in-class real estate platforms in Mexico of industrial, retail, residential, hotel, and multifamily properties.
The position is based in Mexico CityWhat the job involves
- Perform project management activities including scope definition, budget management and schedule management by coordinating direct reports, internal resources, and contractors
- Prepare, submit, and follow up with the different governmental entities on various permitting and entitlement activities
- Manage communications amongst the different divisions and third parties involved in the projects
- Oversee all administrative and financial processes related to the hotels by working closely with the finance and financial planning departments
- Oversee the execution of construction works and identify opportunity areas
- Prepare performance management reports for the project
- Manage the project's information flow
Who we are looking for
- Relevant business experience including work in international hotel operations, real estate, development, private equity, finance, or consulting
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, hotel management, engineering, or related
- English full professional proficiency
- Strong analytical skills
- Willingness to travel 2040% of the time
