Supervisor, General Security
Ubicación:
Durango
Actividades principales:
- Planea la administración operativa del equipo de seguridad intramuros.
- Facilita y brinda el soporte en los Servicios de escoltaje / VIP direccionados por el coordinador de la protección ejecutiva.
- Asegura cumplimiento a los requerimientos CTPAT en la región.
- Realiza investigación de incidentes de seguridad de todos los níveles y determina la participación de su equipo (entrevista, recolecta información, etc).
- Atención a investigaciones asignadas en CASETRAC.
- Planea y administración de los recursos de CCTV, SVV y CA.
- Supervisa cumplimiento de procedimientos y formatos (Centrales y Regionales).
- Revisa y planea requerimientos en los contratos de servicios de seguridad.
- Desarrolla mejoras continuas para cubrir necesidades de los clientes internos.
- Valida pago de facturas de servicios de seguridad.
- Investiga análisis de causaraíz para ejecutar contramedidas de los incidentes y extrapolar las mismas a otras regiones.
- Analiza KPIs de seguridad en la región (ausentismo, rotación, capacitaciones, etc.), para desarrollar mejoras.
- Planea y solicita presupuesto de inversión y gasto para la región.
- Evalúa hoteles asegurando que cumpla con los estándares mínimos de seguridad.
- Planea cumplimiento de objetivos y medibles de desempeño.
- Valida y asegura la capacitación y medibles de desempeño de los analistas y especialistas asignados a su región.
- Comunica al staff de Gerentes de Plantas y Gerente Regional las condiciones e incidencias significativas de las instalaciones.
- Utiliza de manera responsable y transparente los recursos materiales y físicos disponibles.
- Administra y ejecuta a mediano y corto plazo decisiones tácticas, para continuar con la estrategia de seguridad en las operaciones.
- Colabora, promueve y guía el crecimiento de capacidades del personal a su cargo.
- Salvaguarda y protege el patrimonio de la organización en YNCA el recurso humano, cadena de suministro y productos, a través de la prevención y enfoque en seguridad para contribuir con el cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales y éxito empresarial.
