Descripción del trabajo:
Requisitos:
- 12 años de experiência comprobada en soporte al cliente o experiência como representante de servicio al cliente.
- Certificado de escuela secundaria o equivalente.
- Inglés 100 % escrito / 100 % hablado
- Sólidas habilidades de manejo de contactos telefónicos y escucha activa
- Familiaridad con los sistemas y prácticas de CRM.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
- Habilidad para realizar múltiples tareas, priorizar y administrar el tiempo de manera efectiva.
Responsabilidades:
- Escuche las inquietudes, los problemas y las preguntas de los clientes.
- Mantenga una actitud positiva y responda con calma a las quejas de los clientes.
- Atraiga clientes promocionando el producto y la empresa de manera positiva, respondiendo preguntas y abordando inquietudes a medida que surjan.
- Recomendar posibles productos para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes.
- Referir problemas y preguntas a los gerentes cuando sea necesario.
- Preparar informes de productos y clientes mediante la recopilación de datos recopilados durante las interacciones con los clientes.
- Ayudar a los clientes con sus necesidades de reclamos de garantía, reemplazo o devolución y reportarlos.
- Manejar y recopilar información confidencial.
- Procesamiento de pedidos.
- Cotización de pedidos.
- Centrado en KPI.
Horario: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
La planta se encuentra ubicada en la carretera San Felipe atrás del parque industrial el dorado.
