Acerca del puesto:


Sé parte de la experiência de la cadena de suministro como Import & Export Specialist, en este rol tendrás la oportunidad de generar relaciones solidas internas y externas.

Tu conocimiento en comercio te dará las herramientas para asegurar que las importaciones y exportaciones de los materiales se realicen apegados a los lineamientos globales y legales, además en este rol c participarás de manera funcional con diferentes áreas de la cadena.

Tu colaboración con los agentes aduanales y transportistas serán relevantes para este rol.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Asegurarás que las importaciones y exportaciones de materiales se realicen de acuerdo con los procesos autorizados en el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, cumpliendo con el marco legal correspondiente.
  • Garantizarás la documentación que permita cumplir con los requisitos de las autoridades correspondientes y del agente de aduanas.
  • Elaborarás informes de importaciones y exportaciones realizadas donde se detallan los costos de cada evento.
  • Realizarás la revisión y la tramitación de cuentas de gastos para agentes de aduanas y transportistas.
  • Tendrás la oportunidad de colaborar con diferentes roles de la cadena de producción y abastecimiento para garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos del área.

A quién estamos buscando:

  • Lic en comercio o afín
  • Experiência de 4 años de experiência gestionando procesos de importación y exportación.
  • Experiência en compañías de consumo
  • Estamos buscando integración organizacional, enfoque en resultados y gestión del cambio.
