Main Purpose
Accountabilities
Digital Project Management
- Creates and maintains project management deliverables for the project including SLA's, workplans, project timeline, project charter, risk / issues / change management and lessons learned.
- Responsible for communication and change management to the project stakeholders.
- Owns tracking of project schedules (both commercial innovation and scale roll outs)
- Ability to manage several regional initiatives at a given time; work planning, risk management, issues reporting.
- Plans, organizes, tracks and manages the project oversight to meet defined requirements or business specifications.
- Interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders at different levels and Influence, collaborate and partner closely with crossfunctional teams of varying senior levels within the organization to ensure successful realization the program goals and deliverables
- Manage the relationship with vendors and agencies including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, project assignment, and service delivery.
- Manage the interdependencies of digital projects for Shopper Marketing such as Sector IT, Global IT, brand communications, social connections, media operations, media strategy, ecommerce and design.
- Communications and stakeholder management
- Facilitate regular meetings with key stakeholders to update the project status
- Develop executivelevel status reports and presentations, and briefings that articulate the project status
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a directly related field (advertising, graphic design, visual arts, etc.)
- 510 years of in interactive development.
- Experience with creativeand commercial teams in agency or inhouse agency environments.
- Mandatory experience in CPG.
- Fluent English and Spanish is a must for this role.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and account teams.
- Strong problemsolving, communications, and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Selfmotivation and ability to motivate others to creatively and strategically solve multiple problems at once, under quick deadlines.
- Track record in standing up project management capabilities in a service delivery environment.
- Results oriented, adept in conflict resolution, skilled at prioritization and change management
- Able to work autonomously and be comfortable with ambiguity
- Able to effectively work in a highlymatrixed organization, handling competing priorities and connecting the dots across.
