About the Role

PepsiCo is seeking a highly skilled Demand Workforce Planning Lead to join our team in LATAM. As a key member of our Global Capability Center, you will play a critical role in managing demand, ensuring top-quality support, and fostering strong partnerships to drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sector Points of Contact (POCs) to craft a comprehensive annual demand plan for each DX service.
  • Work directly with Business Unit and Customer teams to adjust demand on a quarterly and monthly basis, managing the prioritization of unexpected demand requests.
  • Partner with Global Capability Center product leads and managers to ensure our teams have the capacity to meet market demand.
  • Establish clear decision-making processes and accountability frameworks across Markets, Sectors, and Global teams, allowing demand insights to inform chargeback and resourcing.
  • Lead governance meetings with sector teams to maintain alignment and drive success.
Your Impact
  • Capture and align expected service demand, including estimating non-forecastable demand or capacity needs.
  • Lead demand prioritization activities with in-market teams, using established frameworks and escalation processes.
  • Gain a deep understanding of current solutions, tools, frequencies, and outputs in the market.
  • Monitor adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure market satisfaction while providing robust resource support for service delivery.
  • Evaluate in-market team satisfaction with service delivery and collect and organize market feedback.
  • Lead a team of associates, managers, and team leaders, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements
  • Experience in demand management.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge or experience in Category Management, Space Transformation, Shopper Marketing, Perfect Store.
  • Excel intermediate.
  • Advanced English (Written & Spoken).
  • Experienced in monitoring and tracking performance indicators and take actions to escalate and manage risks.
  • Strategic planning and prioritization abilities - experienced in managing projects, ensuring timely delivery, and driving cross-functional teams towards achieving project goals.
  • Ability to function effectively in a team environment, collaborating with individuals across the organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
