Our client believes

Job activities:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
  • Communicate with customers/homeowners through various channels.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with homeowners and board members.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Keep records of customer interactions.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Schedule:_
Monday - Thursday: 7 am - 3 pm (CST).

Fridays: 6:30 am - 2:00 pm (CST).

Requirements:

  • Around 1 to 2 years of experience in call centers for American customers.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Strong writing skills.
