Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that all guest interactions are handled with a high level of professionalism, respect, and empathy.
  • Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed guest expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with hotel services, amenities, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
