Responsabilidades principales

  • Estrategia de Marketing: Colaborar en la creación y ejecución de estrategias de marketing a corto, mediano y largo plazo, que respalden los objetivos comerciales y de crecimiento de nuestras compañías
  • Investigación de Mercado: Realizar investigaciones de mercado para comprender a fondo el público objetivo, las necesidades del cliente y la competencia. Utilizar estos conocimientos para informar las decisiones estratégicas.
  • Desarrollo de Contenido: Crear contenido relevante y atractivo, incluyendo publicaciones en redes sociales, blogs, videos y otros formatos, para aumentar la visibilidad de la marca.
  • Campañas de

Marketing Digital:

Planificar, ejecutar y optimizar campañas de marketing en línea, incluyendo publicidad en redes sociales, Google Ads y correo electrónico, con el objetivo de generar leads y conversiones.


  • Relaciones Públicas: Colaborar en la creación de estrategias de relaciones públicas para aumentar la visibilidad de las compañías en medios de comunicación y blogs relevantes.
  • Análisis y Medición: Realizar un seguimiento constante de las métricas clave de rendimiento y analizar los resultados de las campañas para ajustar las estrategias según sea necesario y maximizar el retorno de la inversión.
  • Colaboración Interfuncional: Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de desarrollo de productos y ventas para garantizar una coherencia en la comunicación de la marca en todos los canales.
  • Investigación de Tendencias: Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre las tendencias emergentes en marketing, tecnología y la industria en general, y aplicar estos conocimientos para mantener a nuestras compañías a la vanguardia.

Requisitos

  • Experiência previa en marketing, preferiblemente en el sector biotech, pharma o consumo con un entorno empresarial ágil.
  • Conocimiento sólido de estrategias de marketing digital, SEO, SEM y redes sociales.
  • Fuertes habilidades en creación de contenidos.
  • Habilidad para analizar datos y métricas para tomar decisiones informadas.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
  • Creatividad y capacidad para generar ideas innovadoras.
  • Autonomía y capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos a la vez.
  • Familiaridad con herramientas de diseño y análisis, como Adobe Creative Suite y Google Analytics.
  • Licenciatura en Marketing, Comunicaciones o carreras afines.
