Requisitos:

  • Titulado: Ingeniería en TI, sistemas, telecomunicaciones, electrónica y/o licenciatura a fin
- conocimientos en la administración de proyectos

  • Curso de administración de proyectos. preferentemente certificado en administración de proyectos
  • Certificación en administración de proyectos PMP por el PMI vigente
  • Conocimientos de media ha avanzado en Project
  • Conocimientos en paquetería en Google, Microsoft office, SAP business one
  • Manejo intermedioavanzado de Microsoft Project
  • Manejo de Smartsheet para la administración de proyectos (nível medioavanzado).

ACTIVIDADES A DESMEPEÑAR:

  • Administrar e implementar Proyectos de Infraestructura, Plantas Eléctricas, Control de incendios, Limpieza al Data Center y Fusión Module, CCTV, Videovigilancia, Cableado Estructurado para la iniciativa Pública
  • Liderar el equipo responsable de alcanzar los objetivos del proyecto.
  • Gestionar proyectos complejos/críticos simultáneos.
  • Solucionar efectivamente conflictos y discrepancias tanto con el equipo interno como con el equipo externo
  • Coordinar todas las partes interesadas del proyecto.
  • Controlar los recursos asignados al proyecto con el fin de cumplir con los objetivos marcados.
  • Gestionar las restricciones (alcance, cronograma, costo, calidad, etc.) del proyecto.
  • Gestionar la Integración, alcance, cronograma, costes (presupuesto), calidad, personas, comunicaciones, riesgos y compras.
  • Gestionar las restricciones (alcance, cronograma, costo, calidad, etc.) del proyecto.
  • Integración, alcance, cronograma, costes (presupuesto), calidad, personas, comunicaciones, riesgos y compras.
  • Elaboración de Project Charter/KickOff Interno
  • Cliente
  • Elaboración y seguimiento para Planes de Trabajo para seguimiento y accione en fases Inicio
  • Planeación ejecución, control y Monitoreo y Cierre
  • Entendimiento de requerimientos, Elaboración y Gestión de Control de cambios, Elaboración de Análisis de Riesgos / Planes de acción de Riesgos Identificados,
  • Gestión de solicitud de recursos materiales y de servicios, Elaboración de Resúmenes financieros por proyecto, Lecciones Aprendidas
  • Interacción con las áreas de compras e Implementación, Gestión de control y Monitoreo del proyecto, Cierre de proyecto con cliente
  • Interno
  • Realizar, gestionar procesos internos administrativos
  • Realizar, gestionar oficios / entregables y asegurar los criterios de aceptación para obtener aceptación del proyecto por parte del cliente y se asegure la facturación.
