Ingenieria en Informática, Sistemas, Licenciatura en Administración o afin
Con disponibilidad inmediata y radique en Ciudad de México / Sur - Poniente
Experiência:
Al menos 5 años de alto nível en organización y planeación de proyectos y seguimiento de actividades
Dominio de herramientas para administración de proyectos: Monday, Asana o similares.
Manejo de ERP para control y seguimiento a procesos
Seguimiento, control y supervisión en las actividades propios del puesto
Dominio de Excel; tablas dinámicas, análisis de bases de datos, estadísticas, etc
Análisis de información
Actividades:
Notificar y o coordinar las instrucciones Dirección General a varias personas o departamentos
Control y seguimiento de Proyectos:
integración y análisis de información.
Recibir y atender llamadas telefónicas, correos, juntas, etc, para ahorrar tiempo a Dirección General. Manejo de la agenda personal y laboral de Dirección General (juntas, reuniones, viajes, etc)
Organizar y agilizar el flujo de información e iniciar cualquier acción de seguimiento
