  • TITULADO en Ingeniería/Licenciatura en sistemas, electrónica, telecomunicaciones, a fin.

  • Idioma: inglés
  • Intermedio (60%)
  • Certificado en PMP/PMI (Deseable)
  • Conocimientos en administración de proyectos predictivos utilizando la metodología PMP/PMI para la implementación proyectos de infraestructura de CCTV, Networking, telecomunicaciones, cableado estructurado. (Deseable).
  • Curso de administración de proyectos tomados en el año en curso (Deseable)
  • Conocimientos de media ha avanzado en Project 2016 / opc oracle primavera cloud.
  • Conocimientos en paquetería de Google, Microsoft office, sap business one.

ACTIVIDADES A DESEMPEÑAR:

  • Administración de Proyectos de Implementación/Póliza de Networking.
Administración de Proyectos de Implementación/Póliza de Infraestructura, CCTV, Video Vigilancia, Cableado Estructurado, Obra Civil.

  • Liderar el equipo responsable de alcanzar los objetivos del proyecto.
  • Gestionar proyectos complejos/críticos simultáneos
  • Solucionar conflictos y discrepancias tanto con el equipo interno como con el equipo externo de forma efectiva.
  • Coordinar todas las partes interesadas del proyecto siempre bajo el coach del PM Sr.
Controlar los recursos asignados al proyecto con el fin de cumplir con los objetivos marcados.


Gestionar las restricciones (alcance, cronograma, costo, calidad, etc.) y utilizar fases de Inicio - Planeación - ejecución, control y Monitoreo y Cierre del proyecto.

Gestionar proyectos utilizando los procesos de Integración, alcance, cronograma, costos (presupuesto), calidad, recursos, comunicaciones, riesgos, adquisiciones, interesados.

Elaboración de Project Charter/KickOff Interno - Cliente

Elaboración y seguimiento para Cronograma de seguimiento. Elaboración de presentaciones para el status del proyecto.


Entendimiento de requerimientos, Elaboración y Gestión de Control de cambios, Elaborar, analizar, gestionar los Riesgos/ Planes de acción de Riesgos / Respuesta a los Riesgos.

Gestión de solicitud de recursos materiales y de servicios, Elaboración de Resúmenes financieros por proyecto, Lecciones Aprendidas.


Interacción con las áreas de compras e Implementación, Gestión de control y Monitoreo del proyecto, Cierre de proyecto con cliente - Interno.
