Resumen del trabajo:


Responsable de comprar, negociar, expeditar materiales cuidando los níveles de inventario optimos asi comoasegurar el arrivo de materiales para la producción de planta Monterrey.


Tareas y responsabilidades clave (funciones esenciales):

  • Colocar órdenes de compras y calendarizar fechas de entrega para material requerido por la plantaMonterrey.
  • Seguimiento a las órdenes de compra previamente colocadas.
  • Buscar soluciones de problemas en entregas tardías, movimientos fuera de entregas, variaciones enespecifi caciones, precios.
  • Incorrectos, rechazos a proveedores, mala calidad del material, problemas de pagos, etc
  • Cuidar los níveles de inventario de acuerdo a la meta establecida.
  • Ejecutar mensajes de excepción en tiempo y forma.
  • Compartir a planeación fechas de arribos de materiales.
  • Dar seguimiento a la logística del arribo de materiales.
  • Llevar a cabo las metodologías BASC de selección de clientes y proveedores.
  • Llevar a cabo sus procedimientos y/o instrucciones de trabajo aplicables al sistema de ISO 14000.
  • Identifi cación de causas y causantes de problemas informáticos, e implementar soluciones efi cientes a lasmismas.
  • Soporte a las líneas de producción referente a los diferentes Sistemas de Manufactura.

Formación (formación mínima requerida):

  • Bachelor of Business Administration
  • Associate of Engineering
    Experiência (experiência mínima requerida):
  • Carrera profesional en Negocios Internacionales, Comercio, Mercadotecnia, LAE o afi n.
  • 3 a 5 años
  • Conocimiento de prácticas de compras de la industria de manufactura.
  • Conocimiento de leyes internacionales relacionado a compras.
  • Manejo de Proveedores asiáticos y USA.
  • Manejo de MS Offi ce, conocimiento de MRP
