- Develop and execute an action plan for each customer, including market analysis and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the back-office team to resolve customer requests and ensure seamless execution.
- Travel up to 60% of the time to meet with customers, attend unit procedures, and provide training and education.
- 2+ years of relevant business experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven analytical, planning, and negotiation skills, as well as strategic thinking.
- High degree of initiative and creativity with the ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
- Advanced level of English spoken and written.
- Biomedical Engineering degree.
- Medical device experience and/or Urology experience.
- Experience as Clinical Specialist.
- Experience with hospitals and in-office selling.
