Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Product Owner for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico. Our client sets the highest standards for five-star all-inclusive resorts in Mexico and Jamaica.

  • Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Understand programming, relevant technologies and collaborate with engineering teams.
  • Know usercentered design, user experience (UX) and validate prototypes.
  • Understand business models, marketing, data analysis and risk management.
  • Effective communication, leadership, collaboration and time management.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate product vision and strategy.
  • Collaborate with the development team, designers, researchers, analysts and other stakeholders to create innovative and highimpact products.
  • Identify and prioritize market opportunities and customer needs.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with company strategy and market priorities.
  • Develop clear objectives and metrics for product success.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and iteration.
  • Make informed decisions based on data, research and customer feedback.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration and communication among all team members and stakeholders.
  • Be an advocate for the customer, ensuring that their needs and issues are understood and addressed.
  • Take calculated risks, be willing to experiment and learn from mistakes.
