Right now we are looking for a Performance Optimization Manager to join our teamExecute and optimize social campaigns across various platforms, such as Meta, Linkedin, and more with a focus on achieving media or performance KPIs.Utilize your expertise in paid social advertising to develop and implement effective campaign strategies, targeting methods, and ad creatives.Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify areas for optimization and improvement to drive maximum results.Prepare comprehensive reports and metrics, showcasing campaign performance, key insights, and recommendations for further optimization.Build and update dashboards to provide real-time visibility into campaign performance and key metrics.Collaborate closely with the English-speaking Client Service team, ensuring effective communication, understanding client requirements, and addressing their needs and concerns.WHAT YOU BRING:At least two years of experience running and optimizing paid social campaigns focused on media or performance KPIs.Solid experience working with major social advertising platforms, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and others.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights and make informed optimization decisions.Understanding of audience targeting, creative best practices and bidding strategies within paid social environments.English proficiency.Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at the same time.WHAT WE OFFER:Competitive salary that reflects your expertise and experience.31 days of paid time off – 21 days of annual leave + 10 days sick leave, because balance matters.Growth-focused environment – access to learning resources and clear pathways for advancement.Fun team events: Join our online cooking classes, yoga sessions, and more – all from homeA Culture of Trust – Say goodbye to bureaucracy and micromanagement; we focus on results, not processes.Please attach your CV in English to be considered for this position.
