POSITION SUMMARY

Our skilled Guest Environment Experts are responsible for maintaining the hotel's appearance and cleanliness, ensuring a top-notch guest experience by attending to various housekeeping tasks. They have the autonomy to manage their work efficiently and effectively. Whether fulfilling guest requests, restocking carts, cleaning rooms and public areas, or other similar duties, the Guest Environment Experts play a vital role in enhancing the overall guest stay.
When it comes to success in any role within our team, several key factors are crucial - maintaining a safe work environment, adherence to company protocols, preserving confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional demeanor through attire and communication.
Guest Environment Experts should be prepared for active work involving standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and engaging in hands-on tasks like moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Performing these responsibilities effectively, along with other assigned duties, is essential for Guest Environment Experts to consistently deliver exceptional service to our guests and contribute to the success of our business.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Previous related work experience is not required.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience needed.
License or Certification: Not applicable
