Posición: Payroll Administrative Analyst

Responsabilidades:

 Organizar y mantener registros de empleados en sistemas RH

 Proceso de Ingreso y bajas de personal

 Administración de Vacaciones

 Administración de autos corporativos

 Control de contratos individuales de trabajo

 Soporte en la administración de pólizas de SGMM y Vida

 Atención a clientes internos y externos

 Control de incidencias de Nomina

 Control y resguardo de expedientes del personal

 Cálculo de finiquitos y liquidaciones

 Administración de vales de gasolina

 Elaboración de prenomina

 Conocimiento de IMSS, IDSE

 Reportar cierres mensuales de información a Finanzas

 Calcular y pagar correctamente vales de despensa, así como realizar altas y bajas en el sistema de

vales de despensa

 Tramitar altas, bajas y modificaciones del personal mediante el IMSS desde su Empresa

 Calcular correctamente los salarios de cotización ante IMSS e INFONAVIT de forma y bimestral

 Manejo de incidencias del personal sindicalizado

 Administración de Expatriados

 Administración de fondo de ahorro y prestamos

 Atención al personal

Requisitos:

 Licenciatura en Administración o Contador Público o carrera afín

 Experiencia laboral demostrable como administrador de Recursos Humanos mínimo de 3 años

 Experiencia con software de Recursos Humanos

 Conocimiento profundo de la legislación laboral, IMSS, Infonavit, ISN

Habilidades:

 Excelentes habilidades organizativas, con una capacidad para dar prioridad a los proyectos

 Planificación y organización

 Tolerancia a la presión
