Día a día:


Con el cliente en el centro de todas las actividades, gestiona la entrega de inicio a fin de una experiencia excepcional, única y memorable para el consumidor centrándose en educar al consumidor para que vean el valor de IQOS y la visión de un futuro libre humo.

Mide y supervisa la entrega estableciendo objetivos de mejora y objetivos para proporcionar retroalimentación a los individuos y sus equipos.

Principales Responsabilidades

Centrado en el Cliente:
Las boutiques IQOS están construidas para sus clientes y no al revés.

  • Construir relaciones genuinas con el cliente mediante la comprensión de sus necesidades a través de la empatía y una compasión alineada con las Buenas Prácticas de Conversión de PMI (GCP)

  • Ofrecer resultados de servicio al cliente superiores a través de una comunicación clara e inspiradora, siempre actuando con buena conciencia y siendo valiente para hacer siempre lo correcto en línea con los Principios Operativos minoristas de la marca IQOS.

  • Generar confianza en el equipo y la visión de futuro libre de humo a través de una comunicación efectiva e inspiradora con los demás y hacer que lleguen más allá de lo ordinario.
  • Revisar el rendimiento del equipo en comparación con los objetivos aspiracionales de la tienda e implementar sistemas y procesos para medir y administrar el rendimiento. Apoyar a los miembros del equipo motivando, reconociendo, elogiando y recompensando para desbloquear los esfuerzos discrecionales y marcando áreas de mejora y creando las condiciones necesarias para permitirles lograr sus objetivos.

  • Licenciatura (titulada)
  • INGLES AVANZADO
  • Tres años de experiencia en operaciones orientadas al consumidor (venta minorista experiencial, hospitalidad, entretenimiento para el consumidor), incluidos productos y servicios de marcas exclusivas o diversas.
  • Experiencia en gestión de operaciones minoristas, presupuestos y planificación.
  • Experiencia en liderar equipos cultural y demográficamente diversos.
